We're excited to have you join our practice.
Some items you should note as you go through the enrollment process (I promise, it’s not long or cumbersome):
Enrollment is managed through a service called HINT, which is our Electronic Medical Record platform that handles appointments, and prescriptions, and ensures your family’s information is private and secure.
Your first month's payment will be charged upon enrollment.
Please enroll yourself (you will not be charged as a member) and add all children as family members.
Vaccines WILL be charged through insurance by our partner company Vaxcare, so please do enter your insurance information if your family has health insurance.
To ensure you receive important information about contacting Dr. Ali and using your membership, please ensure emails from HINT and doctor@figtreepediatrics.com don't go to your spam folder.
